Will I have to leave my house?.. More than likely, you will not have to vacate your home. However, you may have to avoid a specific area for a short time, until the spray dries.

What about my children and my pets?.. Most of the products we use are not harmful to animals or children at the labeled rate. Cause for concern would only come if an animal or person ingested these chemicals. To be safe, if a woman residing in the area is pregnant or if there are young children present, we would recommend leaving the area for 2 hours, until the chemical dries. Once an application dries, it is completely safe to both people and pets.

What if I accidentally touch an area that has been treated?.. If you are exposed to area that is still wet, washing with soap and water as soon as possible.

What do I need to do prior to a pest control treatment?.. If the problem is inside your home or business, access to the edge of the affected room is necessary. Items such as clothing, linens, toys, etc. should be moved. All food items should be put away as well.

What happens if it rains?.. Your home or place of business will still be protected if a rainfall happens after an application. Most of the products bond with the soil surfaces and will remain in place despite getting wet.

Do you guarantee your work?.. Many of our treatments come with 30, 60, or 90-day warranties. Warranties can be purchased or extended. Termite treatments usually come with a 1-year warranty unless another arrangement is made between the technician and the customer.

How much do you charge for your services?.. Our affordable fees are determined by the size and the complexity of the project. These factors are discussed in detail and will be part of our free estimate.
